Amalia's story
Amalia oversees the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme at Copperfield. She leads our primary faculty as well as teaching Year 5 & 6, cultivating a safe, playful and inspiring environment for her students.

Amalia moved from Athens to Verbier with her partner in August 2021, and can be found doing yoga, meditating, baking or hiking in the mountains. She cares deeply about the natural environment and hopes to encourage the same in her students. Amalia speaks Greek, Italian, English and French.

Prior to Copperfield, Amalia studied for a BA in History and Archaeology at the National and Kapodistran University of Athens, followed by an MA in Ethno-Anthropological Disciplines at Sapienza, Università da Roma.
