I grew up in Ostrava, Czech Republic, became a qualified teacher before moving to Switzerland. I live between Lausanne and Verbier with my husband and our 9-year-old daughter.

Daniela's story
Daniela is an early years specialist at Copperfield. She currently works with our Year 3 & 4 class, delivering the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme. Working with children has always been Daniela's passion, and she prides herself on cultivating a caring, attentive and safe environment for her students.​

She lives between Verbier and Lausanne with her husband and 9-year-old daughter, and can be found gliding down Verbier's most challenging runs, or on an adventure around the world with her family. Daniela speaks English, French and Czech.
Prior to Copperfield, Daniela had worked as a preschool teacher in Prague, as a flight attendant with TAG Aviation, and as a ski instructor. For many years, Daniela has been a volunteer conveyor at Terre des Hommes, driving children affected by different diseases home from the hospital in Lausanne, Geneva and Bern.
